Therapy Mechanism

Our machines are able to achieve the treating goals principally due to the three main effects of ultrasound.

Mechanical Effect: to improve the permeability of cytomembrane and the activity of enzyme.

Thermal Effect: to expand the blood vessels and better blood circulation

Physicochemical Effect: to accelerate the rehabilitation of vessel wall by removing inflammation.

Ultrasound takes mechanical, thermal and physicochemical effects onto histocytes. The treating probe working at oscillation frequecy of 840KHz can directly act on cells, leading to movement of substances in tissues, and then:

1. improve the permeability of particles and colloid.

2. expand the blood vessels, relieve convulsion, reduce obstruction of blood vessels, increase cerebral blood flow, accelerate formation of lateral circulation in morbid brain tissue, and then better blood supply and oxygen supply in tissues, and promote the rehabilitation of focuses.

3. give rise to thermal effect in some parts, boost the opening of lateral circulation, accelerate blood circulation, better blood supply in brain tissue, and enhance the metabolism in tissues.

4. activate the brain cells which are in inhibitory state, and improve sustance metabolism and the activity of enzyme.

5. bring about functional change of distant nervous tissue through reflecting action of nervous cells, and adjust the diastolic and systolic action of blood vessels, in order to benefit the functional rehabilitation of brain tissue.

In addition, ultrasound can stimulate mast cells to release chemokines. Ultrasound at frequency of 840KHz and certain power acted on cells is able to selectively eliminate atheromatous plaque.
